Meet Your Teacher

Crystal has been working with postnatal clients since 2015. She used her Master’s Degree in Exercise Science combined with her personal experience as a new mom to create the Core Restore programs.

After the birth of her son in 2014, Crystal began to get really serious and passionate about sharing health and fitness with others. Pregnancy and the postpartum period took a serious toll on her body image. She thought (naively) that afterward pregnancy she’d just “bounce back” to where she was pre-pregnancy. It didn’t happen that way.

She learned that health and fitness are about much more than how we look on the outside. They’re much more about mindset and how you feel on the inside. This led her to dig deep into her own struggles and insecurities with her body and mind. It inspired ultimately inspired her to start Y2B Fit.

I gave birth years ago, is this program for me?

The Postnatal Fitness Reboot is designed for ALL postnatal stages, whether you gave birth six weeks, six months, or six decades ago!

I had a C-Section, will this program work for me?

The Postnatal Fitness Reboot is designed to effectively help you regain core and pelvic floor strength regardless of how you gave birth. There will be additional specific information provided for C-Section support.

How much time will this take?

That’s really up to you. The more you put into it, the more you’ll get out of it.

What if I don't like the program, can I get a refund?

Absolutely! At Y2B Fit, I stand behind my programs and services. If you do the work for the first 30 days and don’t feel like we’ve delivered on our promise, then I’ll happily refund your money.

Buttt, you have to do the work, we won’t issue a refund just because you changed your mind. You must fully participate in the program!

Can I start the program right now?

You can start the Do-It Yourself program at anytime, but the Co-Pilot program has a set start and end date that opens four times per year.

What if I can't make a live session?

No problem! All the live sessions will be recorded and uploaded into the course space. If you have a question and can’t make a live session, you can send your question via email 24 hours ahead of time.
